Our client is a leading transnational higher education institution in Bangladesh, offering internationally recognised programmes through partnerships with prestigious overseas universities.
The Assistant Professor will teach Business and Marketing, contribute to curriculum development and academic leadership, and support assessment, research, consultancy and industry engagement.

Required qualifications
- PhD in Marketing, Business or a closely related field
- Relevant Master’s and/or undergraduate degree
- At least 5–7 years’ teaching experience, either post-PhD or through a combination of relevant academic experience
- A valid teaching licence, such as PGCE, QTS or a US teaching licence
- Demonstrable university-level teaching experience within relevant Business and/or Marketing disciplines
- Experience with assessment design and an understanding of formative and summative assessment practices
- Experience contributing to academic administration, such as programme leadership, subject leadership or academic committees

- Strong subject knowledge across Business and Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and external stakeholders
- Ability to deliver engaging lectures, workshops, tutorials and assessments
- Experience aligning curriculum and assessment with international academic frameworks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative approach to working with academic teams and industry partners
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to contribute to research, consultancy, publications, conferences and professional practice
- Evidence of engagement with industry and/or external organisations is highly desirable
