For us, premium isn’t about fees or name recognition. We’re selective about the schools we work with, because the educators who trust us with their next move deserve nothing less.
Who We Work With
Our candidates hold British or Irish qualified teacher status or bring direct experience teaching within the UK or Irish system. We work exclusively within this talent pool, it’s where our network runs deepest and where our partner schools place their trust.
Occasionally, where a school’s brief calls for it, we’ll work outside this framework. But that’s the exception, not the rule.
What Makes chk Different
Quality over quantity. Every candidate meets us via a virtual call, so we can properly assess pedagogy, cultural intelligence and safeguarding understanding before they reach a school’s shortlist. No CV-only submissions. We don’t use AI to evaluate, score or shortlist candidates. Recruitment decisions need human judgement, not algorithms.
We work for schools and educators equally. We won’t misrepresent a brief, oversell a candidate, or rush a placement to close a deal faster.
We support founders and growing school groups with workforce planning, not just vacancy filling, helping them build teams that last.
