About the school
Our client is a well-regarded international school in the heart of Dubai, offering a British education built on the National Curriculum for England. The school takes a whole-child approach, placing wellbeing and character development at the centre of everything it does. Learning is thematic and connected across subjects, so children see how ideas link together and stay curious and engaged.
The Early Years setting caters for children aged 3 to 5 and is warm, nurturing and well resourced. Children learn through purposeful play and hands-on exploration, both in bright classrooms and in dedicated outdoor spaces such as gardens and play areas. Multi-sensory learning environments and specialist spaces help bring learning to life.
The school is modern and technology-enabled, with digital tools used thoughtfully to enhance teaching. Alongside the core curriculum, pupils enjoy a range of co-curricular activities, and the school is committed to inclusion so that every child is supported to thrive. The school community is friendly, diverse and international, with families and staff from many nationalities. Teachers enjoy a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Life in Dubai
Dubai is one of the world’s most dynamic and welcoming cities, and a popular choice for teachers who want career growth alongside a great lifestyle. Teachers enjoy year-round sunshine, a tax-free salary and one of the safest urban environments in the world, and English is widely spoken, which makes settling in easy. More than 200 nationalities live in the city, so there is a large, friendly expat community and plenty of ways to make new friends.
Beaches, desert adventures, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment are all on the doorstep, along with parks, waterfronts and family attractions. Dubai blends Emirati heritage with a cosmopolitan, forward-looking outlook, with traditional souks, museums and cultural districts sitting alongside striking modern architecture. As a major global hub, it also makes weekend breaks and holidays across Asia, Europe and Africa easy to plan. The cooler months, from roughly October to April, are perfect for outdoor living.
