Required Qualifications
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.)
- NASENCO or equivalent SEN qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SEN teaching or leadership role
Essential Skills
- A thorough understanding of inclusive education and best practices in special needs provision
- Proven ability to coordinate and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Experience working collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in a multicultural environment
