Job Title: Secondary Inclusion Teacher
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary Range and Package Details: AED 12,000–16,000 per month + full international benefits including 2 free school places, housing allowance or provided accommodation, annual flights, private healthcare, and end-of-service gratuity
Start Date: August 2025

Role Overview The school is seeking a compassionate and skilled Secondary Inclusion Teacher to support students with a range of learning needs across Key Stage 3 to 5 (Years 7–12). You will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to provide targeted interventions, inclusive strategies, and personalised support plans to ensure all learners reach their potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education (or related field)
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar inclusion/SEN role at secondary level
  • Experience with the Australian curriculum is highly desirable

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction
  • Proven experience in creating and monitoring IEPs and personalised learning plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Confidence in working with parents, teachers, and external professionals
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset
