Required Qualifications
- A degree in Primary Education, Education, or a closely related subject
- A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE) – essential
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience within KS1 and/or KS2
- A strong working knowledge of the English National Curriculum at primary level
- Previous experience in an international school is desirable but not essential

- Confident and engaging delivery of the English National Curriculum across KS1 and/or KS2
- A thorough understanding of child development and the ability to translate careful assessment into purposeful, differentiated planning
- A genuine passion for innovative, inquiry-led teaching and learning
- Strong assessment literacy, with the ability to track each child’s progress and communicate outcomes meaningfully to families
- An instinctive warmth and the ability to build the kind of trusting relationships that help primary-aged children feel safe, valued, and ready to learn
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- Exceptional communication skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- A habit of honest reflection and a genuine appetite for professional learning and development
- The cultural intelligence and adaptability to work with confidence in a diverse and international school community
- A generous, collegiate spirit and a readiness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including co-curricular activities

- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in safeguarding contexts across different international settings
- Are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child
