REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject area plus PGCE/teaching qualification
• Master’s in Education (M.Ed) advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with Singapore curriculum
• Valid teaching license/certification
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working in international school settings preferred

• Demonstrated success implementing the Singapore curriculum, particularly in mathematics and science
• Strong understanding of Singapore teaching methodologies and assessment practices
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent classroom management and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to working in China
• Experience with digital learning platforms and educational technology
• Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school community
