Role: Primary Teacher

Our client school is a leading Australian international school for students from Pre-KG to Grade 8, located in the peaceful region of Eastern Sharjah, UAE.

Position Overview:

Our client school is seeking an outstanding Primary Teacher to join their school from August 2025. The school benefits from a supportive, established leadership team, a diverse teaching faculty and warm school community. The school is currently growing due to increased enrolment numbers and campus expansion.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities
  • Assess and evaluate student progress using both formative and summative methods
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement and communicate effectively with parents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach across year groups
  • Support the school’s extracurricular activities and events
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic success

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of teaching experience in Australia, UK, UAE or a reputable international school.
  • Recognised Teaching Qualification / License.
  • International teaching experience or experience working with diverse student populations preferred.

Remuneration:

  • Tax-Free Salary AED 11,000-17,000 (based on years of experience)
  • Comfortable semi-furnished accommodation provided

  • Airfare subsidy
  • Four day working week (Monday-Thursday)
