Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Primary Inclusion Teacher with the potential for leadership responsibilities to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with additional learning needs while working closely with classroom teachers to implement tailored interventions and create Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Additionally, the role offers opportunities to take on a leadership role within the Inclusion department, contributing to the strategic development of inclusive practices and supporting colleagues in best practices for differentiated instruction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an inclusion role at the primary level
- Experience with the National Curriculum of England is preferred
- Leadership experience or potential for leadership within an inclusion or teaching setting is desirable
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive teaching strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a team and mentor colleagues
- Passionate about inclusive education and supporting all students to achieve their full potential
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of inclusive practices within the school
- Flexible, patient, and solution-focused approach to teaching and leadership
