Salary Range and Package Details: AED 12,000–16,000 per month + full international benefits including 2 free school places, housing allowance or provided accommodation, annual return flights, private medical insurance, and end-of-service gratuity

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Primary Inclusion Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to implement tailored learning strategies and ensure that all students, including those with additional learning needs, are fully supported. This role will involve providing in-class support, creating individual education plans (IEPs), and leading small group interventions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an inclusion role at the primary level
- Experience with the Australian curriculum is preferred
Essential Skills:
- Deep understanding of special educational needs and inclusive teaching strategies
- Experience in designing and implementing IEPs and differentiated instruction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
- Passion for supporting all students to achieve their personal and academic potential
- Positive, flexible, and patient approach to teaching and learning
