Required Qualifications

• A recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum two years of teaching experience
• Experience teaching in early years (Kindergarten to Year 1)
• Familiarity with the Australian curriculum is preferred
• PYP experience is beneficial but not essential

Essential Skills

• Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners
• Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Ofsted or UAE school inspections is preferred
