Required Qualifications
- A recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience
- Experience teaching in early years (Kindergarten to Year 1)
- Familiarity with the Australian curriculum is preferred
- PYP experience is beneficial but not essential
Essential Skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners
- Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Ofsted or UAE school inspections is preferred
