Required Qualifications:

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent recognised qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 0–5
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• A valid teaching permit (or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE)

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS or other play-based frameworks
• Passionate about child-led, holistic learning
• Ability to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional growth and contributing to wider nursery life
