Required Qualifications:
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 0–5
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- A valid teaching permit (or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE)
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS or other play-based frameworks
- Passionate about child-led, holistic learning
- Ability to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professional growth and contributing to wider nursery life
