Salary Range and Package Details
The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 25,000 AED per month, placing it in the high-end bracket for the sector. Additional benefits include:

  • Comprehensive medical insurance.

  • Potential nursery placement for the manager’s child(ren).
  • An annual performance-based bonus.
  • Generous leave entitlement, including eight weeks of holiday per year (six weeks plus two weeks at Christmas).

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Early Years Education and/or a teaching qualification.
  • A recognized management qualification.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in nursery management, ideally within Dubai, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Experience in multicultural environments and a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity.
  • Strategic thinking and budget management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing HR processes and ensuring policy compliance.
