About the School
The school is a well-established, co-educational international school serving students from the early years through to Grade 12. It offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum, including the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The school is also authorised to offer the IB Career-related Programme.
The school places a strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning, international-mindedness and developing students who are confident, independent and thoughtful learners. Mathematics is offered across the secondary years, including IB Diploma courses such as Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches and Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation.
The school has a diverse international community and provides opportunities for students to develop academically, socially and personally through a broad curriculum and extensive enrichment opportunities. Recent inspection reporting highlights the strength of the curriculum design and implementation, particularly within the IB Diploma Programme.

Required qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification is essential, such as PGCE, QTS or a valid US teaching licence.
- A relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics in a recognised school setting.
- Experience teaching secondary Mathematics is required.
- Experience with the IB curriculum, particularly MYP and/or DP Mathematics, would be an advantage.
- Applicants must meet the relevant UAE requirements for employment and visa eligibility.
