Salary and Package Details
AED 14,000 – 18,000 per month, tax-free, inclusive of base salary and housing allowance, based on the quality and depth of experience. The package also includes:
- Comprehensive medical insurance
- UAE residence visa
- Home leave ticket
- Initial flight to Dubai and 2–4 weeks’ temporary accommodation on arrival
- End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE labour law
- Approximately 2.5 months of paid vacation across the academic year

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
- Minimum of five years’ experience teaching Kindergarten, Key Stage 1 and/or lower primary students
- Teaching qualification preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 expectations
- Experience supporting children’s development in early literacy, phonics, reading, writing, numeracy and knowledge-rich learning
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to model high-quality language for young learners at all times
- Ability to teach in small groups and personalise instruction based on each child’s individual readiness and progress
- Warm, confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with specialist teachers across languages, music, physical development and creative arts
- Highly organised, flexible and reflective, with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development
- Openness to learning and implementing the school’s own proprietary teaching methodologies and curriculum approach
