Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification (US, UK, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in early years or kindergarten settings

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
  • Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a child-centered approach to learning
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international school setting is an advantage
