Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (US, UK, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in early years or kindergarten settings
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
- Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Adaptability, creativity, and a child-centered approach to learning
- Experience working in a multicultural or international school setting is an advantage
