Job Title: Kindergarten (KG) Teacher
Location: Kalba, Sharjah (UAE)
Salary Range and Package Details: AED 11,000–14,000 per month + generous international benefits, including housing allowance or provided accommodation, annual return flights, private healthcare, and end-of-service gratuity
Start Date: August 2025

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
- Teaching license or qualification (e.g., PGCE, teaching diploma)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in early years (KG/Reception/Prep)
- Familiarity with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is highly desirable
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
- Experience in implementing play-based and student-centred learning
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Confident communicator with excellent classroom management skills
- Warm, flexible, and collaborative approach to teaching and school life
