Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Korean Literature, Language Arts, or related field
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed)
- Experience teaching IB Korean A Literature
- Native or near-native Korean language proficiency
- Valid teaching license/certification
Essential Skills
- Deep understanding of Korean literature and cultural contexts
- Experience in IB assessment and moderation procedures
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent classroom management and differentiation abilities
- Proven ability to engage students in complex literary analysis
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Commitment to extracurricular activities and school life
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international setting
