Required Qualifications
- A recognised teaching degree and relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an IBDP CAS, TOK and/or EE Coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme, including curriculum planning and assessment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to support DP students completing their Extended Essays (EE), Theory of Knowledge course (TOK) and Creativity, Action, Service programme (CAS).
- Ability to mentor and support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction.
- Passion for student success and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative school culture.
