Salary Range and Package Details:
AED 11,000 – 16,500 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, and end-of-service gratuity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching IB English Language and Literature at the Diploma Programme level.
  • A proven track record of achieving strong academic outcomes within the IB framework.

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the IB English Language and Literature curriculum and assessment criteria.
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire critical thinking and a love of literature.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative teaching and ongoing professional development.
