Job Title: PYP Homeroom Teacher (IB PYP experience required)
Location: Bahrain
Salary Range and Package Details: Inclusive monthly salary of BHD 1,500–1,800 (approximately $3,960–$4,750 USD), along with a full international benefits package, including:

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching in an IB PYP setting
  • Proven understanding of inquiry-based teaching and assessment practices

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the IB Primary Years Programme framework
  • Passion for student-centred, transdisciplinary learning
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to planning and curriculum development
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with parents and contributing to the broader school community
