The successful candidate will be expected to lead a dynamic Drama department and contribute to whole-school performing arts initiatives across campuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject (Master’s preferred)
  • Valid teaching certification (e.g., US, UK, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Deep knowledge of the American curriculum and performing arts education
  • Proven experience directing school performances and extracurricular drama activities
  • Ability to lead and inspire a department and contribute to school-wide creative programs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Experience working in international or multicultural school settings is an advantage
