The successful candidate will be expected to lead a dynamic Drama department and contribute to whole-school performing arts initiatives across campuses.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject (Master’s preferred)
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., US, UK, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities
Essential Skills
- Deep knowledge of the American curriculum and performing arts education
- Proven experience directing school performances and extracurricular drama activities
- Ability to lead and inspire a department and contribute to school-wide creative programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience working in international or multicultural school settings is an advantage
