• Proven excellence in Upper Key Stage 2 teaching and deep understanding of the 11+ entrance process
• Experience with ISI inspections and comprehensive knowledge of independent school compliance

• The capability to develop and launch new educational provisions
• Digital fluency to elevate the school’s online presence
