Job Title: Head of School
Location: Bahrain
Salary Range and Package Details: Inclusive monthly salary of BHD 3,800–4,500 (approx. $10,080–$11,940 USD), plus a comprehensive international benefits package including:

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a school setting
  • A strong background with the IB Programme (IB Head of School certification preferred)
  • A recognized teaching qualification and leadership training

  • Proven ability in strategic planning, team leadership, and school improvement
  • Experience managing school accreditation and evaluation processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated success in instructional leadership and data-informed decision-making
  • Commitment to child-centered education, innovation, and inclusion
