Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Teaching certification with extensive primary teaching experience Comprehensive knowledge of Cambridge Primary curriculum and international education standards Proven leadership experience in educational institutions, preferably at senior management level Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, staff management, and school improvement initiatives Essential Skills Visionary Leadership: Exceptional ability to provide strategic direction and inspire teams toward excellence Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders Curriculum Expertise: Deep understanding of Cambridge Primary curriculum implementation and assessment Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in budget management and resource allocation Cultural Competency: Sensitivity and adaptability essential for international school environments Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data-driven insights to monitor and improve educational outcomes Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and community partners
