As Head of ICT, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of the ICT curriculum across all school levels. The role includes overseeing digital learning initiatives, managing department staff, and contributing to whole-school technology integration in both academic and administrative capacities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related subject (Master’s preferred)
  • Valid teaching certification (US, UK, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, including leadership responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the American curriculum and modern ICT teaching practices
  • Experience leading ICT or digital learning departments
  • Familiarity with school-wide technology integration and innovation projects
  • Ability to manage staff, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Experience in international or multicultural education settings is highly desirable
