As Head of Faculty (Mathematics), you will lead the development and implementation of the maths curriculum across all key stages (FS to Y13). You will also play a key role in professional development, curriculum innovation, and secondary school planning in line with the school’s aspirational goals.

Required Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in leadership roles within Mathematics education
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
Essential Skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience across the British curriculum (FS–Y13)
- Experience in through-school leadership (EYFS to post-16)
- Strong curriculum design expertise, especially in secondary Maths
- An innovative, tech-savvy mindset with the ability to implement digital solutions in teaching and learning
- A solutions-focused approach, with high adaptability in a fast-growing school environment
- Passion for student progress and wellbeing, with excellent relationship-building skills
- A track record of professional development leadership and staff mentoring
