Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised international certification
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience teaching the UK curriculum, with at least 1–2 years in a departmental or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop teaching staff
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional leadership
- Commitment to inclusion, innovation, and raising student achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an international or diverse setting is desirable
