Job Title: Head of Early Years and Elementary
Location: Bahrain
Salary Range and Package Details: Inclusive monthly salary of BHD 2,800–3,000 (approx. $7,420–$7,950 USD), along with a competitive international benefits package, including:

School Background & Curriculum: This well-established international school offers a blend of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and an American-style curriculum, serving a diverse student population from early years through to high school. The school places a strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning, student well-being, and collaborative leadership. Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Early Years and/or Elementary education
  • Experience in international education, ideally with the IB PYP and/or American curriculum
  • A recognized teaching qualification and leadership certification

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of child-centered, inquiry-based learning
  • Proven success in leading and developing Early Years and Elementary teams
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, nurturing, and innovative learning environment
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse communities
