As the Head of Early Years, you will play a pivotal role in leading the early years team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence within the department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related subject
• A valid teaching license or a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
• Proven leadership experience in Early Years education, ideally within the UK National Curriculum
• Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Native English speaker
• UAE experience is preferable but not essential

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams
• Deep understanding of Early Years education and the UK National Curriculum
• Ability to inspire and implement a child-centered, innovative curriculum
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to support the professional development of staff and foster a collaborative environment
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
