As the Head of Early Years, you will play a pivotal role in leading the early years team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence within the department.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related subject
- A valid teaching license or a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
- Proven leadership experience in Early Years education, ideally within the UK National Curriculum
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Native English speaker
- UAE experience is preferable but not essential
Essential Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams
- Deep understanding of Early Years education and the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to inspire and implement a child-centered, innovative curriculum
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to support the professional development of staff and foster a collaborative environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
