Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., EYFS certification)
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience, ideally in an early years setting
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and student development
- Effective classroom management and excellent communication skills
- A collaborative, adaptable, and enthusiastic teaching style
