Our client is a highly regarded British international school in Dubai, serving a diverse, multicultural community of students. The school follows the National Curriculum for England, providing a coherent educational journey from the early years through to Sixth Form, with internationally recognised qualifications including GCSE, IGCSE, BTEC and A Level. For Early Years, the curriculum is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with an emphasis on learning through play, communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative international teaching team and contribute to an engaging, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children are encouraged to become confident, curious and independent learners.

Required qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or a US teaching licence
- Relevant Early Years teaching qualification and experience
- Experience teaching within the EYFS or a comparable early childhood framework
- A strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy
- Eligibility to obtain the relevant UAE employment and residency documentation

International teachers must demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection. The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of professional boundaries, be confident in recognising and reporting concerns, and understand the importance of maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for every child.
Candidates should demonstrate integrity, sound professional judgement, vigilance and a willingness to follow school safeguarding policies and procedures. A proactive commitment to children’s wellbeing and welfare is essential.
