Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related subject
- A valid teaching license or a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum
- Native English speaker
- UAE experience is preferred but not essential
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Early Years education and the UK National Curriculum
- Passionate about supporting the early development of children
- Ability to create a stimulating and caring learning environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities
- Commitment to child welfare and positive outcomes for students
