Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in career development, counselling, education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in career counselling, education, or related roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of career assessment tools and resources
- Familiarity with college admissions and financial aid processes
