Job Title: Careers Counsellor (with IB DP university guidance experience)
Location: Bahrain
Salary Range and Package Details: Inclusive monthly salary of BHD 1,500–1,800 (approximately $3,960–$4,750 USD), along with a full international benefits package, including:

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- A recognised qualification in Careers Guidance or School Counselling
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar school-based role, preferably in an international or IB setting
- Experience specifically supporting IB DP students with university and career planning
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of IB Diploma Programme and global university application processes (including US, UK, and other international systems)
- Experience guiding students through post-secondary planning and career exploration within the IB framework
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and higher education institutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A student-centred approach with a commitment to inclusive, supportive guidance services
