AED 11,000 – 16,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes additional benefits such as housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flights, and end-of-contract gratuity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching IB Diploma Programme (DP) Business and Economics is essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in an IB environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the IB DP framework and assessment criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to a diverse group of students.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.
