Required Qualifications
- A Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed., MA Education) or a Doctoral degree (Ph.D./Ed.D.) in a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior academic leadership roles, preferably within international curricula (Cambridge/IB/AP)
- Proven track record of raising academic standards, improving student outcomes, and driving university placements
- Strong familiarity with curriculum design, academic audits, teacher professional development, and data-driven leadership in international school environments
- Experience working with international school chains is highly advantageous
